Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account with CampaignHQ, you agree to these Terms. CampaignHQ is an online email marketing service offered at campaignhq.co, owned and operated by KumoHQ Software Services LLP, Bengaluru, India.
To continue using the service, you must honor these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. Misuse of the service can result in a permanent ban.
You must satisfy all of the following requirements:
By using CampaignHQ, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with applicable laws. CampaignHQ may refuse service, close accounts, or change eligibility requirements at any time.
The term begins when you sign up. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are solely responsible for content uploaded, sent, or displayed through the services. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as needed to provide the services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other. CampaignHQ may suspend services with or without cause. Violations of these Terms are non-refundable, and terminated accounts may not be eligible for recovery of stored data such as contacts and emails.
Terms, features, offerings, and website content may change at any time after notice on the website or to the latest email address provided by you. Updated terms take effect immediately after such notification.
You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately about unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from stolen or hacked credentials. We do not have access to your password and can only reset it.
While you are a member or have an outstanding balance, you must provide valid card details and authorize recurring charges for your plan period. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is processed.
Refunds are available for prepaid periods only if we stop providing services for reasons not allowed by these Terms. Other refunds are not guaranteed, except as posted on our website. Eligible refunds are processed within 24 hours and credited within 7 working days.
We may change pricing at any time by updating our website and/or notifying you by email.
Payments for the current month are non-refundable, and cancellations are not accepted for that current paid period.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

You must use platform bandwidth only for sending emails through CampaignHQ.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for losses resulting from your use of the website and services. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
Services and website materials are provided on an "as is" basis, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for delays or performance failures caused by events beyond our control, including legal changes, disasters, outages, severe weather, strikes, and third-party disruptions.
We are not responsible for behavior of advertisers, linked websites, or members, and cannot be held liable for user views, actions, or user-generated content.
You agree to respect our intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. Use of our brand assets requires prior permission.
You represent that you own or have permission to use all content included in your emails. You retain ownership of uploaded materials, and we use them only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We use and disclose information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You may only send emails to individuals who have given explicit permission to receive communications from you.
Every email sent through our services must include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
