CampaignHQ is a customer engagement platform for teams that want WhatsApp, email, SMS, and journeys in one stack—with shared audiences, templates, and automation instead of separate siloed tools.

WhatsApp Business Platform (marketing and conversational messaging), email, and SMS. Full Engagement Platform plans combine these channels with unified contacts and cross-channel journeys.

Growing brands and ops-heavy teams that started WhatsApp-first and now need email and SMS, or teams replacing fragmented inbox + ESP + SMS stacks with one orchestrated surface.

Yes. WhatsApp messaging runs through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your Meta Business Portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA); CampaignHQ orchestrates campaigns, templates, and reporting on top.

Yes. Most teams import contacts and templates, reconnect channels, and parallel-run sends during cutover. Talk to us about your current vendor and timeline—we’ll recommend a practical migration sequence.

Every workspace includes documentation and standard onboarding resources. For a guided rollout, book a demo or contact support. Paid Priority Onboarding is available if you want hands-on launch support.

Email plans include unlimited contacts, monthly CampaignHQ email credits, included daily and hourly sending capacity, campaign tools, segmentation, analytics, and support. Starter includes 25,000 email credits/month and up to 5,000 emails/day. Growth includes 75,000 email credits/month and up to 15,000 emails/day.

Email credits determine how many emails you can send in a billing cycle. Starter includes 25,000 email credits/month and Growth includes 75,000 email credits/month. Extra credits are available at ₹99 per 1,000 emails.

Yes. You can connect your own AWS SES or email sending infrastructure and use CampaignHQ for automation, audiences, and analytics. Customer-owned AWS usage is supported with fair-use and throughput limits; higher daily orchestration capacity is available through AWS Connect Boost add-ons or Custom plans.

Additional CampaignHQ email credits are available at ₹99 per 1,000 emails for managed sending. Top-up credits do not increase daily or hourly sending capacity. For very high volumes or dedicated infrastructure, we recommend a Custom plan.

Yes. Starter and Growth include unlimited contacts for normal business use. Email sending is based on monthly email credits, not contact count. Very large active databases, high import/API volume, storage-heavy usage, dedicated infrastructure, or custom deliverability needs may require a Custom plan under fair-use terms.

Included monthly email credits refresh every billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 6 months and are consumed after included monthly credits.

A Send Boost increases your plan's daily and hourly email sending capacity. It does not add extra email credits. If you need both more monthly volume and faster daily delivery, you may need both top-up credits and a Send Boost.

Only within your plan's daily and hourly sending capacity. These limits protect deliverability, sender reputation, and platform stability. Higher daily capacity is available through Send Boosts or Custom plans.

High-volume CampaignHQ-managed sending above published limits is available on Custom plans after deliverability, compliance, and infrastructure review.

No. Customer-owned AWS SES can reduce direct provider sending costs, but CampaignHQ still performs orchestration, queues, analytics, retries, compliance checks, and platform controls. AWS Connect plans have fair-use and throughput limits, with higher capacity available through AWS Connect Boost or Custom plans.

Yes. Starter includes basic support. Growth includes priority onboarding. Custom includes dedicated onboarding and support.

Meta bills you for template delivery by category (marketing, utility, authentication). CampaignHQ bills your software subscription separately, plus published per-message rates when you use CampaignHQ-managed billing — not a single opaque bundle. Message rates follow Meta's pricing and may change when Meta updates them.

CampaignHQ-managed billing uses published per-message rates (Meta + CampaignHQ fees combined in the rates we show). Custom tiers can qualify for committed-volume pricing. If you connect your own WhatsApp infrastructure, provider charges apply directly without CampaignHQ message fees.

No. WhatsApp-only plans are feature-tiered and do not have contact caps. WhatsApp usage is billed separately — either through CampaignHQ-managed billing or your own WhatsApp Business / AWS infrastructure.

Yes. Move up when you outgrow limits, or adjust when volume changes. Billing history and workspace data stay in the same account.

CampaignHQ centers on split billing (Meta delivery + software), no contact caps, and strong automation from Growth — without hiding delivery cost in one bundled per-message line item. You can also add email and SMS on one customer database when you're ready.
