Marketing WhatsApp messages use Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API rate plus a CampaignHQ platform fee. Your total per message is those two parts together—the CampaignHQ fee is lower on higher tiers. Utility, authentication, and service-window messages bill at Meta's published rate only (no CampaignHQ fee).

Annual plans bill 10× the monthly price — effectively two months free. Switch between monthly and annual any time; we prorate the change.

Each tier includes monthly email credits equal to your platform contact capacity (Starter 25K, Growth 100K, Custom 500K). Sends beyond that bill at Extra Email Pack rates (₹500 or $10 per 10,000 emails via SES). SMS is usage-based at AWS pass-through (varies by destination).
