Prohibited Activities
Spam and unsolicited messaging
Sending unsolicited email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other messages (spam) is prohibited. You must only contact individuals with valid consent or another lawful basis for communication.
Prohibited contact lists
Using purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or non-permission-based contact lists is prohibited.
Phishing, spoofing, and deceptive practices
Phishing, spoofing, misleading subject lines, deceptive sender identity, and fraudulent or scam content are prohibited.
Fraudulent activity
Using CampaignHQ for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or other deceptive behavior is prohibited and may lead to immediate account action.
Offensive or illegal content
Sending hate speech, pornography, illegal material, or similarly harmful content is prohibited. Uploading illegal or sensitive data without proper authorization is prohibited.
Impersonation
Impersonating any person or entity, including CampaignHQ or its employees, is prohibited.
Malicious activities
Hacking, malware or virus distribution, denial-of-service attacks, and related behavior are prohibited and may trigger legal action.
Deliverability and abuse
High bounce rates, complaint abuse, or other sending patterns that harm deliverability, reputation, or platform integrity are prohibited.
Evading unsubscribe or suppression
Attempting to bypass, disable, or evade unsubscribe, opt-out, or suppression mechanisms is prohibited.
Intellectual property violations
Using CampaignHQ to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
Other prohibited activities
Any activity that violates applicable law or harms, disrupts, or creates security risk for our platform, customers, or users is prohibited.
