Using CampaignHQ for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or other deceptive behavior is prohibited and may lead to immediate account action.

Offensive or illegal content

Sending hate speech, pornography, illegal material, or similarly harmful content is prohibited. Uploading illegal or sensitive data without proper authorization is prohibited.

Impersonation

Impersonating any person or entity, including CampaignHQ or its employees, is prohibited.

Malicious activities

Hacking, malware or virus distribution, denial-of-service attacks, and related behavior are prohibited and may trigger legal action.

Deliverability and abuse

High bounce rates, complaint abuse, or other sending patterns that harm deliverability, reputation, or platform integrity are prohibited.

Evading unsubscribe or suppression

Attempting to bypass, disable, or evade unsubscribe, opt-out, or suppression mechanisms is prohibited.

Intellectual property violations

Using CampaignHQ to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.

Other prohibited activities

Any activity that violates applicable law or harms, disrupts, or creates security risk for our platform, customers, or users is prohibited.

Consequences of Violation

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, campaigns, or sending privileges without notice when activity creates deliverability, abuse, compliance, or security risk. Access to your data and services may be lost.

Legal action

We may report violations to law enforcement and pursue damages, injunctions, or other remedies.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose information if necessary to meet legal obligations or protect CampaignHQ, customers, or the public.

Notification

We may notify you of a violation and require immediate cessation of prohibited activity.

CampaignHQ may suspend campaigns or accounts that create deliverability, abuse, compliance, or security risk to protect the platform and other customers.
